INGREDIENTSThis makes about 50-60 small protein balls

Protein balls330 grams (11.6 ounce) raw nuts
60 grams (2.1 ounce) protein powder
20 pitted sildenafil citrate 20 mg dates & prunes
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs vanilla extract
2 tbs cacao powder
2 tbs goji berries
2 tbs agave syrup
Shredded coconut for rolling


INSTRUCTIONS
1. Use a food processor/Vitamix/Thermomix to grind nuts into smaller pieces ;
2. Add all other ingredients and blend until you are happy with the consistency. You may want to add some water (approx 1 TB) if required;
3. Roll mixture into small balls;
4. Roll balls through coconut;
5. Chill for at least an hour;

NOTES
▪ You can skip step 1 if you would like the protein balls to have a coarser texture. I mixed all ingredients together, without grinding the nuts first, in my Thermomix;
▪ Use whatever combination of nuts you like – I used half almonds (skin on) and half cashews;
▪ Use any brand of protein powder you like;
▪ You can use all dates or a combination of both. All dates does make this quite sweet so you may not need to use as much agave syrup;
▪ If you want to make this even healthier, you can use organic products;
▪ As these are GLUTEN & DAIRY FREE and have NO REFINED SUGAR, they are rather GUILT FREE!!
