I see you there struggling with stress and overwhelm

  Stressed about work, family, relationships and/or finances. Running at fast forward. You have little to no time to yourself. Perhaps you feel like you can’t get ahead.

 The states of stress and overwhelm can be all consuming. It can feel like everything is coming at you at once, needing your attention, needing action, demanding that you take it all in. Sometimes it can feel like there is so much to do, so many people to attend to, so many tasks that need to be managed … yet there’s only a finite amount of time. There is only so much of you to go around!

 Living with stress and overwhelm is not pleasant. Your heart rate may be elevated or you experience chest pains, you get by on endless cups of coffee, too much alcohol and junk food, finding it hard to concentrate and get to sleep at night. Your mind is forever racing. You may experience episodes of hopelessness and isolation. Others tell you that you are moody, irritable and difficult to be around. You’ve noticed you have put on weight and don’t exercise as often as you did.

 If you identify with any of this, I want you to know, that I understand. I’ve been there too. Right now, all I ask of you is to take a deep breath and slowly exhale.

  In my work, I see many men and women who are stressed and experience overwhelm in their lives and this impacts their physical, mental, emotional and behavioural health, their relationships, work and drains their energy and passion for life, amongst other things. 

  What can often happen at this time, is that we ignore what’s going on because we don’t have the coping mechanisms to address the underlying issues. 

 I think the main reason most people remain stressed and/or overwhelmed is that they can’t see the way forward through all the noise, they don’t trust themselves to make sound decisions and they don’t take action. Headaches, fatigue and apathy are a number of symptoms of being stressed.

When you’re stressed, life feels heavy and you end up just going through the motions … day in, day out …. existing … not truly living, when living your very best life is available to you right now.

 I understand that from this place, this would feel like quite a stretch to wrap your head around but what if I told you that it doesn’t have to be like this, there is a way to feel better quickly?

 What if I told you, I can help you to find your calm, sweet spot from where you will be able to connect with your inner guidance and gain clarity around the steps to take to move forward in a way that brings you joy and enthusiasm?

But before I go any further I should properly introduce myself….

I’m Georgia and I’ve experienced overwhelm, stress and confusion at various times throughout my life and it felt terrible. 

Amongst other things, I’ve experienced my marriage breakdown and a divorce. I’ve also experienced a miscarriage, depression and anxiety, my father fighting cancer twice and then his death, being bullied while working overseas and not having anyone to support me in person, terminating an international work contract early and relocating back home to uncertainty in my career, leaving my long term corporate career and my mother’s battle with dementia.

I’ve certainly experienced my share of stress, tears, confusion, anxiety and overwhelm over the years. It wasn’t easy living through it but I did and in time, managed to flourish. Not easy by any means of the imagination!

One of the first things that people notice and comment about me, is how calm I come across. And while I would agree with this observation, it is something that I have and continue to work on daily, through the application of various tools and practices. My belief is that being calm is a skill that can be taught and there are various tools and practices that can be drawn on.

For a decade, I’ve been working with people just like you, who have come to me for either one or a number of my services in a single session here and there and while I love my work and appreciate that it has great impact on my clients, I know there is room for more work in connecting clients with calm …. and that is what led me to create my newest program CALM THE CRAZY.

Over 4 weeks I’ll be supporting you and setting you up to make lasting change.

 

THE CALM THE CRAZY PROGRAM  

WEEK ONE – FUNDAMENTALS & FOUNDATIONS

 In week one of our time together, we’ll be laying down some solid foundations, so that the work that follows is based on something solid and lasting. 

 The first thing we will focus on is CLARITY: We’ll get real and review your current situation, stressors and blocks!  

 I’ll be helping you to become aware of the beliefs, habits and behaviours that hold you back. 

 The second thing we will focus on Is VISION: Just like with any journey we take, we need to know where we’re going. 

 I’ll help you to become crystal clear on your vision and how it is you wish to feel.  Together we’ll create compelling goals based on what is most important to you.  

 The third focus this week will be the PLAN: We’ll be creating your roadmap for success.  

 We’ll identify the tools available to you and map out your action plan for achieving the goals we’ve set. Not only will you know where you’re headed but also HOW you will get there.  

WEEKS TWO AND THREE – THE JOURNEY

 The Journey is where the magic happens because this is where you’ll be taking action on your goals and seeing progress every week. 

  My job is to motivate you and hold you accountable so you can keep moving forward and taking action on your goals. 

 How you move through it is important and having support at this time is what will make the difference between success and failure to achieve your goals.

  

WEEK FOUR – THE JOURNEY CONTINUED AND CELEBRATION 

 In this fourth week, we will review your progress and make adjustments for those things that are not working as well as they could.

 Part of our time together will require that you celebrate your achievements and how far you’ve come. 

 

OTHER THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROGRAM.

The first thing is that this program is intended to set you up with tools, so that you can deal with stress and overwhelm in a way that makes you feel calm. The results of this program will continue to be experienced beyond our time together.

This program is work we do together privately. This is not a group program. I believe this type of work is best-done one-to-one so you feel free to be fully honest and open about your dreams and desires and the things that hold you back.

 Every program is different because you’re different! I have a methodology I employ but it is tailored to your specific needs so you can be sure you’ll be getting exactly what you need to achieve the result you’re after.
